• Wear Resistance
  The lifespan of artificial turf depends on usage intensity and regular maintenance. Standard usage is defined as up to 30 hours per week, with each player occupying at least 125 square meters (1,350 square feet) of field space. If the field usage exceeds this density, it can lead to accelerated wear, reducing the artificial turf's lifespan. Proper maintenance is crucial, such as ensuring that infill materials like quartz sand or rubber granules are properly replenished. Typically, after standard filling (5/8), the exposed turf fibers should measure between 1 cm to 1.5 cm. Regularly checking for infill loss and maintaining even surfaces can prevent excessive wear and tear.
• What is not covered by the warranty?

Choosing the right infill materials and applying them correctly is vital for the performance and longevity of artificial turf. Here's what you need to know:

• Quartz Sand:
  1. Opt for round, washed quartz sand to avoid sharp edges that could damage the artificial turf . 2. The ideal particle size is between 0.5 mm and 1.5 mm (20 to 40 mesh). Ensure that the proportion of particles smaller than 0.5 mm or larger than 1.5 mm does not exceed 1%. 3. The quartz sand used should have a silicon dioxide (SiO2) content of at least 90% to ensure optimal performance.
• Infill Granules:
  1. Safe and eco-friendly options like SBR granules, TPE granules, or natural infill materials are recommended.
  2. It's important to apply enough infill so that the artificial turf fibers extend 1-1.5 cm above the infill layer, depending on the type of fiber used. This ensures proper cushioning and maintains the artificial turf's appearance and functionality.
