Tufting Machines
To ensure the highest quality in our artificial turf, we utilize tufting machines from leading manufacturers A+P (Germany) and COBBLE (UK). What sets these machines apart is their advanced, fully automated servo motor control system. This technology allows for precise regulation of yarn feeding and needle bed movement, achieving an exceptional level of accuracy. This precision ensures that every inch of our artificial turf has uniform fiber distribution, resulting in a stable and consistent product that meets our rigorous quality standards.

Back Coating Machines
We rely on advanced coating technology from Australia's CTS, a leader in the industry. These coating machines are engineered with multiple infrared preheating units and extensive multi-stage ovens, which are key to achieving a consistent and uniform adhesive application. This level of precision not only ensures the even coating of our artificial turf but also significantly enhances its durability and lifespan. Additionally, the CTS system excels in maintaining precise temperature control throughout the process, keeping it within a tight margin of ±0.5°C, which is critical for producing high-quality turf that meets our exacting standards.
